Peekle 개인정보 처리방침
noproblemclub(이하 "운영자")은 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령에 따라 Peekle(이하 "앱") 이용자의 개인정보를 보호하고 관련 고충을 신속하게 처리하기 위해 다음과 같이 개인정보 처리방침을 둡니다.
1. 개인정보의 처리 목적과 처리 항목
운영자는 이용자의 개인정보를 서버에 수집하지 않으며, 받지도 않습니다. 앱이 처리하는 아래 정보는 모두 이용자의 컴퓨터 안에서만 쓰이며 운영자에게 전송되지 않습니다. 다만 앱이 인터넷으로 보내는 요청(아래 5.)에는 기기의 IP 주소와 사이트의 도메인 이름이 들어 있고, 이는 개인정보에 해당할 수 있으므로 이 방침으로 알립니다.

열린 창과 탭의 목록은 Windows가 제공하는 접근 기능(UI Automation)으로 컴퓨터 안에서 읽기만 하며, 다른 프로그램의 설정을 바꾸지 않습니다. 이 목록 화면은 앱을 처음 실행할 때 자동으로 열리고, 이후에는 이용자가 메뉴에서 열 때 나타납니다.
설정 파일은 이용자 컴퓨터의 앱 설정 폴더에 저장됩니다. Windows 일반 판은 %APPDATA%\app.peekwidget이고, Microsoft Store 판은 Windows가 앱 전용 위치로 옮겨 저장할 수 있습니다. 앱은 이름, 전화번호, 이메일, 위치 같은 정보를 받지 않으며 회원가입이 없습니다. 이용 기록을 모으는 분석 도구와 광고도 없습니다.
2. 개인정보의 처리 및 보유 기간
운영자는 이용자의 개인정보를 보유하지 않습니다. 이용자의 컴퓨터에 저장된 정보는 이용자가 지울 때까지 그 컴퓨터에 보관됩니다.
3. 개인정보의 제3자 제공
운영자는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 아래 5.에서 설명하는 요청은 이용자의 컴퓨터에서 해당 서비스로 직접 전달됩니다.
4. 개인정보 처리의 위탁
운영자는 개인정보의 처리를 외부에 위탁하지 않습니다.
5. 밖으로 나가는 요청과 국외 이전
앱이 인터넷으로 보내는 요청은 아래 둘뿐입니다. 이용자가 등록한 대상 목록이나 사용 기록은 어느 요청에도 들어 있지 않습니다.

받는 곳은 미국 소재의 Google LLC와 GitHub, Inc.이거나 이용자가 연 사이트의 운영자이며, 요청은 이용자의 컴퓨터에서 이들에게 직접 전달됩니다. 운영자는 이 요청을 거치지 않으며 내용을 받지 않습니다. 받는 곳의 처리와 보유 기간은 각 회사의 방침을 따릅니다. Google 개인정보처리방침, GitHub 개인정보처리방침
알리고 싶지 않은 도메인(예: 회사 내부 주소)이 열린 탭에 있으면 그 도메인 이름이 Google로 갈 수 있습니다. 이를 원하지 않으면 해당 탭을 닫은 뒤 목록을 열어 주세요. 새 버전 확인은 Microsoft Store에서 받은 판에서는 하지 않습니다. 스토어가 업데이트를 맡기 때문입니다.
6. 정보주체의 권리와 행사 방법
이용자는 언제든지 앱 안에서 등록한 대상을 보고, 고치고, 지울 수 있습니다. 운영자는 이용자의 개인정보를 갖고 있지 않으므로 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리정지 요구는 앱 안에서 직접 처리됩니다. 그 밖의 문의는 아래 10.의 방법으로 하실 수 있습니다.
7. 개인정보의 파기 절차와 방법
이용자가 앱 안에서 대상을 지우면 그 정보는 즉시 지워지며 되돌릴 수 없습니다. 앱 설정 폴더를 삭제하면 저장된 모든 정보가 지워집니다. 앱을 삭제하면 프로그램이 지워지며, 설정 폴더는 남아 있을 수 있어 이용자가 직접 지울 수 있습니다. Microsoft Store 판은 앱을 삭제할 때 Windows가 앱 전용 저장 위치의 정보를 함께 지울 수 있습니다.
8. 개인정보의 안전성 확보 조치
앱의 저장 정보는 이용자의 컴퓨터 안에만 있고, 밖으로 나가는 요청은 암호화된 통신(HTTPS)으로만 보냅니다. 운영자는 이용자의 개인정보를 받지 않으므로 별도의 서버와 데이터베이스를 두지 않습니다.
9. 개인정보 자동 수집 장치
앱은 쿠키 등을 이용해 이용자의 정보를 수집하거나 이용자를 추적하지 않습니다.

11. 연령 제한
앱에는 연령 제한이 없습니다. 운영자는 만 14세 미만 아동을 포함해 어떤 이용자의 개인정보도 받지 않으므로 법정대리인 동의 절차를 두지 않습니다. 아이콘 조회로 도메인 이름이 Google과 해당 사이트에 전달되는 점은 5.와 같습니다.
12. 처리방침의 변경
이 방침이 바뀌면 이 페이지와 앱 안 공지로 알립니다.

Peekle Privacy Policy
noproblemclub ("we") operates Peekle (the "App"). We do not collect users' personal information on any server, and we receive none. The requests the App sends to the internet (section 3) carry your device's IP address and a site's domain name, which may count as personal information, so we describe them here.
1. What the App handles
Everything below is used only on your computer and is never sent to us: the targets you register (web addresses, program paths, folder paths) and group names; how many times you opened each icon and the last date; the days you folded the widget; your settings (theme, language, character); the widget's position; and a log of widget position and monitor layout (boot.log). The App also reads the list of programs, folders and browser tabs that are open right now, only to show it in the "Add from what is open now" screen. That list is not saved; only the items you pick are saved. The list is read on your computer with Windows UI Automation, read-only, and no other program's settings are changed. The screen opens automatically on first launch and later when you open it from the menu.
Settings are stored in the App's settings folder on your computer: %APPDATA%\app.peekwidget for the regular Windows version. The Microsoft Store version may be stored by Windows in an app-specific location. The App has no account sign-up, does not collect your name, phone number, email or location, and has no analytics or advertising.
2. Retention, third parties and processors
We keep none of your personal information. What is stored on your computer stays there until you delete it. We do not provide personal information to third parties and do not outsource its processing.
3. What leaves your computer, and transfers abroad
Only two requests. Neither contains the list of targets you registered or your usage history.
- Icon lookup, when you register a web address, and when an open browser tab appears in the "Add from what is open now" list. An icon is fetched for every tab shown, including tabs you do not pick. The App first asks the site itself for its icon (for example
site/favicon.ico). If that fails, it asks Google's icon service (www.google.com/s2/favicons). The domain name of the address and your IP address are sent. The path and any account information are not sent. - Update check, shortly after launch and then once a day, to GitHub (
raw.githubusercontent.com). Only the basic information every request carries (such as your IP address) is sent. The Microsoft Store version does not make this request.
The recipients are Google LLC and GitHub, Inc. (United States) and the operator of the site you opened. Requests go from your computer directly to them. They do not pass through us and we do not receive their content. Their handling and retention follow their own policies: Google, GitHub.
If a tab with a domain you do not want shared is open, that domain name may go to Google. Close that tab before you open the list.
4. Your rights, deletion and security
You can view, edit and delete everything you registered inside the App, so requests to view, correct, delete or stop processing are handled there. Deleting a target removes it immediately and cannot be undone. Deleting the settings folder removes everything the App stored. Uninstalling the App removes the program; the settings folder may remain and you can delete it yourself. The Microsoft Store version may have Windows remove its app-specific storage on uninstall. Requests that leave your computer use encrypted connections (HTTPS) only. The App does not use cookies to collect or track your information.
5. Age, contact and changes
There is no age limit for the App. We receive no personal information from any user, including children under 14, so there is no parental-consent step. What the icon lookup passes to Google and the site is described above.
